Where we ship
Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Shipping costs (per order)
- Germany: €5 – free from €145
- Austria: €14 – €10 from €250
- Switzerland: €15

Delivery times (from conclusion of the contract)
- Germany: 4–6 business days
- Austria: 2–9 business days
- Switzerland: 7–9 business days

Carrier
We ship with DHL. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Customs and import duties
Switzerland is outside the EU. Customs duties, import taxes and fees may apply there. They are payable by you, not to us but to the competent customs and tax authorities or the carrier, and are usually collected upon delivery. We recommend checking the details with the competent authorities before ordering.

Switzerland: what you pay on delivery
No customs duties apply to clothing. Swiss VAT of 8.1% on the goods value plus shipping and a Swiss Post clearance fee (from approx. CHF 13.75) are collected on delivery. Example: for an order of €189 you pay roughly CHF 30 on delivery. For orders below approx. CHF 63 no VAT is charged.

Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Use the "Withdraw from contract" button in the footer or send us an email to lost@vanishedgallery.com. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs as set out in our Right of Withdrawal notice.

VAT
As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act, we do not charge VAT.
